Key Responsibilities

  • •Confidently repair electro-mechanical issues and perform diagnostics.
  • •Train and assist Associate Service Technicians and Service Technicians with HV systems and electric vehicle repair procedures.
  • •Maintain strong knowledge of high voltage, low voltage, and general electric vehicle systems.
  • •Act as an SME in 1–2 major repair categories and follow repair order documentation procedures (The Three C’s).
  • •Use appropriate software tools to document customer vehicle interactions and collaborate with the service team and customers.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience as a Service Technician or Diagnosis Technician.
  • •ASE Certifications (A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, L3, L4-ADAS) (Required).
  • •Experience diagnosing and repairing High Voltage (HV) systems, Low Voltage (LV) systems, and Electric Vehicle powertrains.
  • •Customer-facing experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •EPA 609 certification and a valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year.
