Job Summary

Design, implement, and support wired and wireless network infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and performance at Langley AFB and across multiple locations. Own LAN/WAN/WLAN and data center network environments, configure routing/switching (including BGP/OSPF/EIGRP/VLANs), manage firewalls and VPNs, monitor performance with capacity planning, and troubleshoot complex issues using root-cause analysis. Maintain network documentation and support automation, scripting, and orchestration efforts.

•Clearance Required: TS/SCI.
•Strong knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, and network security best practices.
•Hands-on experience with enterprise networking platforms (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Palo Alto, etc.).
•Experience with VPN technologies, including IPsec and SSL, plus troubleshooting of latency, connectivity, and performance issues.
