Plan and coordinate day-to-day logistics for live events, including transporting crew to and from airports, hotels, and other stops, purchasing needed supplies locally, and coordinating crew meal orders and laundry pickups. Reconcile cash and complete miscellaneous on an as-needed basis. The role supports the tour team and reports to the Production Manager, requiring strong driving safety, reliability, flexibility for long hours, and attention to detail.
