Compliance Operations Specialist

Monitor the use of Twilio voice, SMS, and KYC activity to ensure traffic is legal, compliant, and aligned with company policies and CTIA requirements. Investigate complex cases, identify root-cause gaps exploited by bad actors, and help close them through due diligence and customer onboarding. Resolve urgent customer, carrier, and consumer issues, handle partner notifications, and use Twilio tools and data to detect and prevent non-compliant activity while providing support by email and phone.
