Join the European Table Sauces R&D team in Nijmegen for a 6-month internship starting Aug/Sep 2026. You’ll assist in developing and optimizing products, conduct kitchen and pilot experiments, support sensory evaluations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and document data to drive launches and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in the development and optimization of new and existing products, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
•Conduct kitchen and pilot experiments, including formulation, ingredient testing, and product analysis.
•Support sensory evaluation processes, including the preparation and presentation of samples.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance, to ensure successful product launches.
•Document and analyze experimental data, providing insights and recommendations for product launches and improvements

Key Requirements

•Food Science/ Technology/ Engineering or Natural Sciences (Bio, Biotech, Chemistry) Bachelor or Master’s student.
•You are a self-starter and independent worker with good analytical skills and are highly motivated.
•Course or interest in business is a plus; Course in data handling, statistics is needed
•EU working rights required (EU Citizenship, studying in the Netherlands, or relevant student work visa)
•Strong communication skills and fluency in English (Dutch not required)
