Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and manage sportswear apparel operations in Asia, ensuring strategic alignment and implementation across functions.
  • •Drive the end-to-end product process to meet the brief, materials and design innovation goals, and gross margin/profitability objectives.
  • •Coordinate large meetings and facilitate the new operating model by piloting the process, aligning on project goals, timelines, and deliverables, and resolving roadblocks.
  • •Manage product tools, range plans, product overviews, forecast consolidation/analyses, and maintain related product systems for the designated collection area.
  • •Work cross-functionally with sourcing/development/manufacturing partners, ensure milestones are achieved in a fast-paced creation process, and analyze category performance and the competitive landscape.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree, preferably in marketing/business.
  • •Minimum 5 years related experience in marketing.
  • •Experience in apparel development, creation, and sourcing (advantageous).
  • •Broad apparel product knowledge across apparel, pattern, apparel construction, and material/trims development, including working with T1 and T2 suppliers.
  • •Strong business acumen and analytical/numerical skills for margin, profit, inventory, and category performance reporting.
