Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Facilities Management Team by supervising landscaping maintenance and horticultural operations across multiple properties.
  • •Manage landscaping service providers to ensure preventive and reactive maintenance compliance with service agreements, KPIs, and client expectations.
  • •Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and quality assessments to maintain landscape presentation and asset condition.
  • •Investigate client complaints and service requests; develop corrective action plans and monitor implementation to timely closure.
  • •Review and validate contractor invoices based on measured performance and contractual service levels.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering or similar field.
  • •At least 5 years’ experience in landscaping practices, with a minimum of 2 years at supervisory level.
  • •Must hold a UAE Driver’s license.
  • •Experienced in landscaping on premium estates, communities, and cities with diverse planting and landscapes.
  • •Must have experience and understanding of irrigation systems (greenhouse experience is an added value).
