A strategically-focused HR Business Partner in the UK Operations People and Performance team, supporting the Open Can operations at the Kitt Green Factory. Responsible for defining and executing the HR strategy, managing the HR budget, leading recruitment, learning and development, employee engagement, and continuous improvement projects, while balancing day-to-day activities with strategic initiatives in a large manufacturing environment.
