•Own P&L, growth targets, and market strategy for Tanzania.
•Build and manage relationships with local partners, merchants, and financial institutions.

•Represent Fasset with regulators, government bodies, and industry associations in Tanzania.
•Recruit, manage, and develop a local team and provide market intelligence to HQ.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in a country/market lead role, ideally in fintech, payments, or financial services.
•Deep network and understanding of the Tanzania financial, tech, or startup ecosystem.
•Track record of driving growth and managing cross-functional teams.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Fluency in English; proficiency in local language(s) of Tanzania strongly preferred.
