Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead/support alignment of corporate functions with a Payroll focus.
  • •Lead and manage implementation for new ERP and Global Payroll Design projects.
  • •Provide immediate resolution for payroll processing issues in HR systems.
  • •Create campaigns and recurring reports from payroll systems.
  • •Manage payroll interfaces to other systems and vendors and support the global timekeeping landscape, including Oracle Time & Labor implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • •Minimum 8+ years of experience supporting EPCI business applications as a lead or administrator.
  • •Extensive functional knowledge in the Payroll industry and leadership expertise.
  • •Extensive project management experience.
  • •Finance IT SME capability in process and technical knowledge of timekeeping and finance systems (Timekeeping, General Accounting, Job Cost Accounting, sub-ledgers, General Ledger, and close cycles).
