Interpret IT Pillar business challenges and apply best practices to solve complex payroll-focused systems issues. Lead and manage ERP and Global Payroll Design implementations, provide immediate support for payroll processing problems in HR systems, and create recurring reports from payroll systems. Oversee payroll interfaces with external vendors for benefits, unemployment reporting, and banking, manage the Global Timekeeping landscape, and support Oracle Time & Labor implementation. Coordinate with IT, corporate finance users, and stakeholders on vision, status, and controls.
