VSE(Ion Implant) Customer Engineer

Serve as the direct liaison with semiconductor equipment customers by installing, maintaining, and upgrading tools. Use digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot equipment and address technical issues with guidance from senior engineers. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems, while coordinating and communicating with customers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
