Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and own production-grade automation and agent workflows using Salesforce Flow, NetSuite workflows/saved searches, Claude, and collaboration tools, iterating through launch.
  • •Own data integrity and governance across Salesforce and NetSuite, including deduplication, field-level validation, and PHI/HIPAA boundary compliance by design.
  • •Run disciplined change management for both platforms, including sandbox-first development, documented change requests, tested releases, rollback plans, and version control.
  • •Administer Salesforce and NetSuite day-to-day (users/licenses, roles/permission sets, objects/fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, approvals, reports/dashboards).
  • •Build and maintain integrations connecting the commercial and financial stack so opportunity/order/invoice/revenue data stays consistent, and maintain a cross-functional roadmap for systems and AI initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years in business systems, technical operations, revenue operations, workflow automation, or a comparable role with accountability for measurable outcomes.
  • •Hands-on Salesforce administration depth in production orgs, including permission sets/sharing models, custom objects/fields, Flow Builder, validation rules, approval processes, and reports/dashboards; Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience.
  • •Hands-on NetSuite administration experience (roles/permissions, custom records/fields, saved searches, workflows, reporting layer), with a credible plan to ramp on NetSuite.
  • •Quote-to-cash fluency across the CRM-to-ERP chain (opportunity to order to invoice to recognized revenue).
  • •Expertise building multi-step, integration-heavy agent workflows using Claude and tools such as Zapier/n8n, with prompt engineering and evaluation practices for reliable behavior.
