Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and manage the entire project through all phases and ensure delivery of a major program.
  • •Provide leadership and guidance to subordinate managers and staff, including mentoring and developing team members.
  • •Act as primary liaison between AECOM and the client interface and provide regular status briefings.
  • •Lead issue detection and resolution, enforce company and project policies, and confirm compliance across commercial, design, and construction.
  • •Own budget control, schedule and contract management, ensure proper staffing levels, and implement risk management and sustainability/environmental guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related technical field plus 12 years of related experience (or equivalent), including 4 years of leadership experience.
  • •US citizenship is required for this position.
  • •Professional Engineer in NY and NJ.
  • •20 years of experience in both design and construction management (preferred).
  • •Experience managing work, scope, budgets, and schedules on transportation projects (preferred).
