Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to technical assessment of scope and KPIs with workshops and stakeholders; drive and monitor SLA/KPI documentation and auditing against critical parameters and BCP.
  • •Ensure fleet custody WIP is below 1.5%, quality rejections are under 1%, and monitor spare parts inventory and end-to-end data capture.
  • •Manage mechanical maintenance, accident repair, and insurance claims/negotiations; perform vendor management and deliver regular analytical reporting.
  • •Set team performance goals with the reporting manager and identify training/development needs to build ongoing capability.
  • •Re-engineer processes related to supplier settlements and approvals, maintain data retention/accuracy, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies and SVP Fleet directives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
  • •5+ years of fleet management experience and 2+ years in a supervisory role handling mechanical and body repair shops.
  • •Strong automobile technical knowledge, including hybrid systems (added advantage).
  • •Knowledge of body repair and basic on-board diagnostics, terms, and remedies.
  • •Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook; ability to work with ERP related to fleet operations.
