Job Summary

Own pre-sales technical activities for a specific region and partner with sales management to align technical resources with product revenue goals. Advise sales on deploying technical resources, ensuring pre-sales documentation compliance and qualifying opportunities by technical requirements and competition. Work closely with SMB and mid-market customers to uncover and solve critical business problems through discovery calls, demos, requirements gathering, wireframing, POCs, and RFP/RFI responses.

•Manage pre-sales technical activities for a region and align technical resources with product revenue goals.
•Partner with sales management to advise on effective use and deployment of technical resources.
•Maintain alignment with sales, support, and implementation functions and ensure pre-sales documentation compliance.
•Qualify sales opportunities based on customer technical requirements and competition.
