Job Summary

Represent Emirates at DFW by delivering high-quality customer service to arriving and departing passengers. Work under senior Airport Services colleagues to ensure operational criteria are met, assist customers with special requirements, coordinate limousine and arrival desk support, monitor immigration and check-in flow, and handle disruptions, baggage delivery, and ticketing/reservations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide assistance to customers on arrival and departure, including identifying special service needs such as unaccompanied minors and reduced mobility.
•Coordinate airport operations for chauffeur-driven limousines for eligible customers and open the Emirates arrival information desk.
•Monitor arrival immigration issues and check-in flow (including queue management), and report/document as required.
•Assist with pre- and post-flight documentation, statistical information, and support day-to-day handling of delays, disruptions, excess baggage, or denied boarding.
•Support ticket desk and lounge duties where required, including ticketing/reservations, baggage performance monitoring, and liaison with service providers/contracted staff.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 43,680 - 62,400

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years of Airline Industry experience.
•Fluency in written and spoken English and Local Language.
•Provide customer service delivery to arriving and departing customers.
•Ensure operational criteria are completed within specified time frames per company policies, standards, and procedures.
•Support senior team members during leave/sickness/training as directed.
