Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide advice, guidance, and support to offenders throughout their sentence to help them work toward agreed objectives.
  • •Build positive, professional relationships with offenders, Community Offender Managers, and other stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate access to interventions, activities, and programmes identified within sentence plans.
  • •Complete assessments, reports, and risk management documentation accurately and within required timescales.
  • •Prepare for and attend multidisciplinary reviews, parole hearings, and case discussions as required.

Key Requirements
