Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead AV workstreams on assigned projects, coordinating with multi-discipline teams to ensure robust outputs across design and implementation stages.
  • •Develop and deliver high-quality AV design packages, including system layouts, schematics and equipment schedules.
  • •Guide junior colleagues and contribute to team capability building, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project priorities.
  • •Support UK team/client engagement and ensure designs are practical, well-integrated with operational needs.
  • •Contribute to bids and proposals with clear, technical input and assist in identifying opportunities within existing clients.

  • •Demonstrable track record delivering AV design within the built environment.
