Maintain and troubleshoot industrial production equipment at the plant, performing high-level machine repairs and preventive maintenance. Work with industrial equipment including grinders, blenders, augers, conveyors, and Vemag portion control systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform high-level machine and systems troubleshooting and repair across electrical/electronics, fluid power, mechanical systems, and manufacturing processes.
•Carry out preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on Frozen Block grinders, Final grinders, blenders, augers, and conveyors.
•Assist engineering and plant staff with specification, installation, and modification of integrated systems.
•Provide technical support for all phases of plant operation.
•Develop proficiency with industrial portion control and related equipment, including Vemag and other listed packaging/labeling systems.

Key Requirements

•Training beyond high school with an Associate (A.S.) degree in Electrical/Electronic/Electrical-Mechanical, or a combination of education and experience (including skilled trades programs or military training).
•2+ years of automation and/or industrial maintenance experience with emphasis on electrical/electronics.
•Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery and systems, including preventive maintenance.
•Must be proficient or become proficient in SAP Maintenance and demonstrate standard computer/document organization skills.
•Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of operations and management.
