Lead state-of-the-art PCB production processes in a high-volume Starlink manufacturing environment. Own and optimize PCB manufacturing lines (metal plating, copper etching, metallization, plasma etching, waste treatment) from initial concept through DOE-driven experimentation, interfacing with senior leadership to scale processes for Bastrop’s growing PCB facility that will become North America’s largest. Emphasize environmentally friendly recycling and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality devices at scale.
