  • •Provide birth doula support for clients.
  • •Work with Loula’s Care Navigator for referrals to insured clients.
  • •Deliver doula care while Loula manages insurance verification, billing, and payment operations.
  • •Maintain eligibility by having required trainings and liability insurance for the partnership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Completed 16 hours of birth doula training AND attended 3 births as a doula, OR 5 years of experience as a doula with 3 letters of recommendation.
  • •Adult and infant CPR training.
  • •HIPAA training.
  • •Liability insurance.
