Job Summary

Partner with the India Shared Services Finance team to support timely topline and headcount/opex forecasting for the DME organization. Build and maintain frameworks for quarterly and annual budgets, consolidate in-quarter outlook, and analyze key variances to deliver actionable reporting to management. Develop centralized analytics using Power BI/Tableau and AI tools, drive continuous process improvements, and collaborate with geographically dispersed finance teams on fiscal deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare annual/quarterly budget reporting and weekly/monthly forecasts, ensuring headcount and expense predictability and summarizing key variances.
•Create and maintain centralized reporting and analytical solutions using Power BI/Tableau and AI tools.
•Develop and enhance budgeting and forecasting frameworks, driving continual process improvements for data-driven insights.
•Collaborate with finance controllers/consolidators to deliver fiscal outcomes and analyze variance drivers while challenging assumptions and methodologies.
•Perform ad-hoc analysis and support self-initiated projects as needed.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of FP&A (or related) experience, preferably with a US-based company.
•Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
•Strong analytical and accounting skills to understand business drivers and communicate financial implications and recommendations.
•Advanced Excel skills; experience with Tableau and Anaplan preferred (SFDC, SAP, TM1, and PowerPoint are useful).
•Good communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to quickly master new tools and processes.
