This role serves as the strategic horizontal liaison for regional markets, consolidating business needs across seven tech delivery domains, guiding end-to-end portfolio alignment, and translating technical updates into business value for regional leadership. Based in Prague, you'll partner with local C-level stakeholders across 17 markets in APAC and EU, overseeing multi-domain rollouts and ensuring synchronized delivery across vertical teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage with local C-level stakeholders and regional teams to provide a cohesive cross-domain narrative of the tech delivery pipeline and translate updates into strategic business value
•Present aggregated end-to-end portfolio proposals, risks, and roadmaps to regional leadership for alignment and decision-making
•Partner with local markets to discover, filter, and prioritize incoming strategic requests before they enter the delivery pipelines and define success metrics for cross-domain initiatives
•Lead the end-to-end regional portfolio reviews, coordinating timelines, resources, and communications to ensure cross-vertical alignment across seven domains
•Act as the primary contact between regional market leadership and functional tech delivery leads, maintaining alignment through regular portfolio reviews and feedback loops

Key Requirements

•4–7 years of experience in Tech Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Enterprise Account Management, or Senior Program Management in a multi-region or global company
•Exceptional executive presence and high EQ; deeply comfortable reading a room full of Managing Directors and navigating conflicting market priorities with diplomacy
•Strong analytical and business acumen; able to quickly grasp complex tech concepts across diverse domains (Logistics, Q-commerce, Marketing, Fintech) and synthesize them into business narratives
•Comfortable operating in a highly matrixed environment, partnering with deeply technical vertical leads without stepping on their operational execution
•Strong ability to plan, coordinate, and facilitate strategic alignment, managing horizontal dependencies across multiple delivery silos
