Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary technical contact for your focus area within physical design for CPU Cores.
  • •Proactively work with peers in technology and design reviews, quantifying impacts of technology issues.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally across the CPU Cores team to identify and assess complex technical issues and develop solutions.
  • •Work with design teams on area and floorplan refinement, timing targets, and power targets.
  • •Use AI to enhance productivity and contribute to building agentic AI tools for the larger team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 72,800 - 104,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience technically leading junior engineers and collaborating with senior teams to elevate team knowledge and skills.
  • •Experience in high-speed microprocessor designs and full-chip floorplanning and timing.
  • •Ability to perform DRC/LVS at partition and/or full-chip level.
  • •Solid understanding of physical design tools and flows (or custom circuit design) and knowledge of current sub-micro technologies.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills demonstrated through technical publications, presentations, trainings, and executive briefings.
