Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the project from start to finish with the customer and the engineering team, developing the technical path for success and validating outcomes with the customer.
  • •Embed with customers to understand mission challenges and represent the customer as you work with engineers to shape products.
  • •Build and orchestrate solutions by coordinating across engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting and operations to deliver hardware and software products.
  • •Plan by developing, coordinating and communicating the path to success with internal and external partners, including sprint and execution plans and milestones.
  • •Grow business through customer success by establishing trust-based partnerships and meeting commercial targets to drive top-line growth.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 129,000 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience executing engineering or program management responsibilities for Space hardware, payloads, subsystems, or satellites
  • •Strong understanding of space systems engineering, environmental considerations, and requirements verification and validation
  • •Experience with the deployment and integration of sophisticated hardware and software systems - particularly for national security space systems
  • •B.S. in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
  • •4+ years relevant industry experience
