Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive the architectural direction for Fieldguide's agentic systems and intelligence layer, setting standards and driving high-leverage bets across the organization.
  • •Own the most complex, cross-cutting product areas end-to-end and design agent orchestration and retrieval systems for enterprise-grade complexity.
  • •Lead the evolution of Fieldguide's LLM infrastructure: models, prompts, guardrails, and feedback loops, including observability and reliability frameworks.
  • •Prototype, validate, and harden novel approaches before sharing with the broader team and translate long-term product vision into concrete technical strategies.
  • •Partner with Engineering leadership, Product, and Design to shape the AI roadmap and create reusable platforms that multiply team velocity across the org
