Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic planning to meet future facility demands and provide location-wide strategic vision and guidance.
  • •Oversee production management, including production planning, capacity to meet targets, and weekly performance reviews.
  • •Identify and prioritize issues affecting performance, allocate resources, and ensure resolution while maintaining standardized work and operating standards (including 5S and visual management).
  • •Manage people: participate in hiring, build leadership pipelines, oversee training/certification progression, and provide competency-based feedback and mentorship.
  • •Lead continuous improvement events and efforts, allocating resources and holding teams accountable for results.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 8 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing, leading multiple work groups.
  • •Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and a proven record of leading and developing associates.

  • •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years.
  • •Ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced production environment while sometimes exposed to heat/cold and other outdoor conditions.
