Handle cycle counts, load/unload inbound and outbound shipments, and unload trailers and vendor deliveries. Complete required HR and safety training, keep accurate inventory, and maintain strong attendance and quality performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Follow Rolling Stock program guidelines and Shipping Department standards while maintaining a clean, organized, damage-free warehouse.
•Load/unload and troubleshoot logistics equipment (wrappers, dock locks, garage doors, and battery charging stations).
•Cycle count accurately and maintain correct inventory by resolving inventory errors.
•Pick and load outbound shipments to customers without damage and unload shuttle trailers and vendor deliveries.
•Adhere to ISO & SQF guidelines and complete required safety and training programs.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED equivalent.
•Must have Fork Truck Operating License.
•Must be able to lift 30 lbs multiple times per day and also lift 45 lbs over shoulder height at least 10 times per hour.
•Ability to safely operate a forklift in high traffic, low clearance areas and climb on/off safely without assistance.
•Strong reading comprehension, basic math, written/verbal communication, and ability to problem solve and execute solutions.
