Key Responsibilities

  • •Speak with customers by phone, face to face or online
  • •Carry out functional health assessments and gather accurate, detailed information
  • •Consult with treating healthcare professionals where appropriate

  • •Use your observational, communication and note-taking skills to ensure every customer is treated with care and respect

Key Requirements

  • •One year of post-registration experience as a Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Paramedic or Pharmacist
  • •Full registration with a relevant UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC or equivalent), with an active PIN and no restrictions
  • •Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to write concise, accurate reports
  • •Good IT skills and the ability to work efficiently under time pressures
  • •Vetting and checks: Enhanced DBS check before starting in role
