Key Responsibilities

  • •Join project teams working on real client challenges and help shape solutions using Microsoft 365 and GenAI.
  • •Lead discovery and design workshops mapping journeys, capture requirements, and prototype wireframes.
  • •Translate ideas into structured insights: business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
  • •Explore GenAI tools, data, and design thinking methods to enhance client solutions.
  • •Collaborate with strategists, designers, engineers, and client stakeholders to deliver impact at scale.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
  • •Minimum 3+ years of experience, preferably in a Management Consulting environment to manage diversified industry projects; banking sector experience is preferred
  • •Experience in M365 is preferred
  • •Experience on AI projects is a plus
  • •Strong learning mindset, curiosity about how strategy, design, and tech collide; strong analytical and communication skills
