Key Responsibilities

  • •Support day-to-day country-level compensation processes (salary changes, promotions, incentive cycles, and local compensation programs).
  • •Maintain and update compensation data, trackers, templates, and documentation for reviews, approvals, and audits.
  • •Assist with job matching and benchmarking using approved market surveys and Aon job architecture frameworks for APAC roles.
  • •Prepare offer details, compensation summaries, and internal approval materials following established guidelines and governance.
  • •Coordinate with payroll, HR operations, and finance teams to implement compensation changes accurately and timely, and respond to routine compensation inquiries while escalating complex cases as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
  • •5+ years of relevant experience in compensation, HR operations, payroll, or a related administrative role.
  • •Foundational understanding of compensation concepts and interest in developing deeper expertise in a regional/global context.
  • •Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and standardized templates.
  • •Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools; clear written and verbal communication skills.
