Key Responsibilities

  • •Ship Product End-to-End: own features from database schema to UI components, enabling underwriters to interact with AI and make data-driven decisions.
  • •Architect for Scale: design robust solutions handling complex loan file data with high availability and low latency as we scale to millions of documents.
  • •Bridge the AI Gap: collaborate with ML teams to integrate AI services into the core SaaS platform and ensure smooth handoffs between models and the user app.
  • •Elevate Engineering Culture: drive continuous improvement and adopt AI-powered tools to increase velocity and production stability.
  • •Own features and lead projects: take responsibility for outcomes beyond code, guiding architecture and delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of shipping high-quality code in a production environment.
  • •Strong experience with Go (preferred), Java, C++, or similar strongly typed languages; understanding of concurrency, data modeling, and distributed systems.
  • •Proficiency with React and TypeScript (or similar modern JS frameworks); comfortable building and debugging complex UIs.
  • •Experience building on AWS (Lambda, SQS, S3) and familiarity with containerization (Docker).
  • •Ownership mindset with experience leading projects and taking responsibility for outcomes.
