Key Responsibilities

  • •Full-time people leadership for the three Cash Cycle Management components: Collections, Cash Clearing, and AP-Trade.
  • •Ensure effective collaboration across the Dutch teams and with Krakau colleagues, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for timely, high-standard execution.
  • •Analyze team output data to identify issues or trends in errors, time-consuming tasks, and under- or over-capacity.
  • •Set up back-up structures and SPOF plans, and ensure processes are documented.
  • •Facilitate periodic knowledge transfer between the Dutch teams and Krakau and participate in talent management (performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring) while driving continuous improvement in processes, tools, and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven people management experience (3 to 5 years) leading and motivating large, complex teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Experience in collections/debit management, ideally including payments processing and reconciliation with insurers.
  • •Strong leadership and communication skills to coach teams and clearly explain complex financial topics to non-experts.
  • •Analytical and results-driven mindset to read data, spot deviations, and translate them into actions focused on cash flow, quality, and customer relationship.
  • •Excellent command of Dutch and English (spoken and written) and an Hbo level education in finance/business administration (or relevant equivalent experience).
