Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and optimize the flow of inventory, resources, and operational activities across inbound, warehouse, sortation, and outbound functions.
•Monitor facility-wide capacity and throughput to ensure balanced workflow execution and prevent bottlenecks or downstream delays.
•Oversee warehouse space utilization, buffer capacity, and inventory movement to maximize storage efficiency and operational flow.
•Partner with Operations, Transportation, Yard, and Planning teams to align priorities and maintain seamless facility execution.
•Lead operational response during disruptions, dynamically allocate resources, analyze performance data, and drive continuous improvement; provide daily operational reports and act as an escalation point.

Key Requirements

•Associate’s degree or above.
•3+ years of experience in logistics operations, warehouse operations, transportation, fulfillment, or supply chain environments, preferably in large-scale distribution or e-commerce fulfillment networks.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret operational data and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
•Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and perform effectively.
•Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills to align stakeholders and drive execution.
