Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect, analyze, and make change recommendations for configuration information.
  • •Collect and analyze customer network information and packet trace data to recommend actions.
  • •Deliver customer education and knowledge transfer through webinars or workshops.
  • •Conduct upgrade testing in a lab environment, report results, and document deployment/troubleshooting best practices.
  • •Follow up on technical cases, manage expectations until closure, and provide weekly status calls and quarterly reports for managed accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant professional experience, preferably in the network industry.
  • •Solid network security and routing experience.
  • •Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
  • •Asset to have CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, and/or CISSP certifications.
  • •Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; scripting and Windows server app experience.
