Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations and coaching, and oversee recruitment and hiring.
  • •Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, cross-train staff, and collaborate with stakeholders to execute local and regional strategies.
  • •Set and track staff and department deadlines; mentor and coach as needed.
  • •Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts and other documents for the purchase of goods and services.
  • •Lead by example, model CBRE RISE values, influence stakeholders to reach agreements, and address sensitive issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • •C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility preferred.
  • •Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • •Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset and ability to perform advanced calculations (percentages, fractions, etc.).
