Key Requirements

  • •Lead adoption of AI-first product management approaches with working knowledge of LLMs (Claude preferred), prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
  • •5–7 years of experience in a Product organization in Product Management and/or Product Operations.
  • •Hands-on experience applying AI tools to real product management workflows with measurable results.
  • •Experience driving continuous improvement and large operational change management initiatives in a product context.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (or equivalent combinations of education and experience).
