Job Summary

Join the FAST (Field Applications & Technical Sales Trainee) Development Program to prepare for a customer-facing career in technical sales and account management. You’ll build long-term customer relationships, partner closely with Field Applications Engineers to win new business, and use technical understanding plus market insights to drive revenue growth. The 8-month trainee program includes four rotations across sales offices, market teams, engineering/marketing, and a Dallas HQ experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and manage long-term customer relationships and handle commercial aspects.
•Translate TI’s commercial features into customer benefits to support revenue growth.
•Partner closely with Field Applications Engineers to win new orders as a team.
•Use technical knowledge to advance customer management and help identify the right solutions.
•Develop, forecast, and monitor a long-term strategic plan for revenue growth.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related areas.
•Fluent in the local language and English; strong written and oral communication skills.
•Ability to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
•Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes and manage time to deliver projects on schedule.
