Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive sustainable, reproducible account growth for the Navy/NAVFAC account with emphasis on Pacific and West regions.
  • •Develop and manage strategic direction and account plans, including opportunity targets, growth goals, and flow-down to engagement teams.
  • •Monitor account performance monthly to ensure bookings and pipeline align with projections; provide situational reports when misaligned.
  • •Lead pursuit support and manage the Salesforce pipeline, ensuring capture plans for major pursuits and owning big proposals.
  • •Maintain and lead key client relationships, oversee corrective actions and recoveries for client satisfaction, and support compliance and risk/OCI resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related discipline aligned to the Navy/NAVFAC client needs.
  • •At least 12 years of experience supporting US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs, including at least 4 years of leadership experience (or equivalent).
  • •Ability to travel throughout CONUS and some OCONUS based on project and opportunity needs.
  • •US citizenship is required due to the nature of the role.
  • •Experience delivering Architect-Engineering programs for the Navy/NAVFAC mission area.
