•Manage and improve the CDO org operating rhythm, including timely review and action on key performance indicators (KPIs).
•Partner with People, Finance, and Administration to drive CDO strategic change initiatives across the organization.
•Define and continuously improve the planning and operational system for the CDO organization to increase visibility into results and impact.
•Oversee a portfolio of strategic, ambiguous projects—structuring, driving to completion, and building consensus with senior leadership.
•Lead employee engagement and internal communications for the Data team, and facilitate strategic meetings to ensure follow-through on action items.
