Job Summary

Deliver management consulting engagements for financial institutions in the Central Eastern Europe cluster, with a focus on the Czech market. Manage end-to-end delivery (proposals, contracting setup, stakeholder engagement, research and fact-base development) and lead project teams while managing costs and timelines. Conduct benchmarking and performance gap analysis, collaborate with data science teams, and present actionable recommendations—supporting onsite implementation when needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Sell and deliver management consulting projects (typically 2–3 months), aimed at helping clients grow their business.
•Manage the delivery of consulting engagements in the Central Eastern Europe cluster with a focus on the Czech market.
•Prepare project proposals and project setup, including contracting documentation, stakeholder engagement, interview guides, and client data requirements.
•Develop and analyze the fact base via client interviews and input collection (data, process flows, policies, competitive/industry/environmental information), then run benchmarking and identify improvement opportunities.
•Collaborate with data science teams and lead presentation of findings and recommendations, supporting implementation at client sites when needed.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Experience in consulting with proven project deliveries and familiarity with consulting methodologies in the financial services industry (preferably banks).
•Strong analytical skills and high intellectual capability.
•Experience conceptualizing new products and business models in digital/technology-driven environments.
•Client relationship management skills, including senior executive level interactions.
•Excellent spoken and written command of both Czech/Slovak and English, with strong presentation and communication abilities.
