Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide face-to-face technical support on campus for faculty, staff, and students.

  • •Assist with setup and configuration of devices, applications, and university systems; provide guidance on technology resources and services.
  • •Document all support interactions in tracking and incident management systems; escalate complex issues and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • •Update knowledge base articles and self-help resources; conduct small group and one-on-one training; catalog equipment in asset management systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • •1+ years of experience in technical support, customer service, or related roles.
  • •Experience supporting multiple operating systems (Windows, macOS, mobile OS).
  • •Strong understanding of modern technology platforms and applications with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • •Ability to work on campus 5 days/week and perform physical tasks such as standing up to 4 hours, maneuvering in tight spaces, and lifting up to 20 lbs.
