Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop the Business Operations & Analytics team; set priorities and operating rhythms to support the Working Capital business unit.
  • •Drive complex discovery efforts and personally lead high-priority strategic initiatives end-to-end when needed.
  • •Own business planning and operating cadence, including KPI management, governance forums, prioritization, and executive follow-up.
  • •Partner with the GM of Working Capital and cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategy into execution plans.
  • •Build scalable processes, governance routines, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and operational playbooks; drive operational excellence via simplification and automation leveraging AI and modern technologies.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar business leadership role, with at least 3 years of people management experience.
  • •Hands-on leader with strong business acumen and analytical capabilities to translate complex challenges into data-driven insights and plans.
  • •Proven experience leading business planning, performance management, and cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to influence senior leaders and align teams.
  • •Experience driving operational excellence through process optimization, automation, and adoption of AI-powered solutions.
