Job Summary

Manage the day-to-day UK corporation tax compliance cycle for the group, including CT600 computations and returns and the compliance calendar. Support tax accounting activities for current and deferred taxes under IFRS and/or US GAAP. Identify and translate UK tax risks and opportunities into clear guidance, assist with tax governance (SAO/CCO, HMRC relationship, published tax strategy), and handle HMRC enquiries with robust documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and review UK corporation tax computations and returns (CT600) and manage the compliance calendar and deadlines.
•Support the tax accounting cycle, including current and deferred tax provisions and disclosures under IFRS and/or US GAAP.
•Assess tax risks and opportunities (e.g., capital allowances, R&D, loss utilisation, group relief, corporate interest restriction) and communicate guidance to non-specialists.
•Support tax governance and risk activities, including SAO and CCO procedures, the HMRC relationship (BRR+), and the published tax strategy.
•Provide day-to-day advisory on UK matters and manage HMRC enquiries with robust documentation and stakeholder coordination.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in UK corporate tax, in practice or in-house.

•Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
