Complete a 4–8 week onboarding program that rotates through Operations and Sales & Service, leading to Retail Personal Banker II certification. Build customer profiles using the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment, then cross-sell deposits, loans, and fee-based services. Use approved marketing tools to set financial review appointments, establish relationships with business partners, meet production goals, and follow policies to manage risk and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the value proposition.
•Use CAMP and other approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and schedule periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to the existing customer base and participate in outside sales activities such as onsite presentations, business sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
•Work with assigned business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) and refer customers appropriately to deliver timely, holistic financial solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 43,680 - 69,900 annually

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience that provides transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•Ability to develop knowledge of retail policies and procedures to make sound decisions; must complete S.A.F.E. Act registration via the NMLS at the time of employment.
