Job Summary

Support the marketing team with multimedia projects, including project management, social media and campaign management, copywriting, design, and web content updates. Assist with sponsorships and company-sponsored events such as email communications, ticket distribution, social content capture, hospitality asset coordination, premium item and signage research, and onsite sponsorship activation execution. Help with post-event reconciliation, reporting, and tracking premium inventory while following company policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with the marketing team on multimedia projects, including project management, social media, campaign management, copywriting, design, and web content updates.
•Assist with sponsorships and company-sponsored events as a secondary point person for day-to-day correspondence.
•Produce and traffic email communications, distribute tickets, and fulfill LAFC apparel/swag prizes.
•Capture content from events and support social media posts highlighting partnerships and community efforts.
•Coordinate hospitality assets and help with onsite sponsorship activations, post-event reconciliation, and reporting.

Key Requirements

•Must be enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university majoring in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or Communications with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
•Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and various social media platforms.
•Excellent organizational and time management skills.
•Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to write reports and correspondence and speak clearly to customers and employees.
•Able to work onsite at company-sponsored events 2–3 times per month; reliable transportation required.
