Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the global early career recruiting strategy — spanning internship programs, new grad hiring, and early-in-career pipelines across the business.
•Manage and develop a high-performing team of early career recruiters — setting the bar and coaching to it consistently.
•Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders — bringing market intelligence and compensation insights for emerging talent.
•Lead the adoption of AI tools, workflows, and automation across the early career recruiting function — driving meaningful change in sourcing, assessment, and closing talent.
•Design and continuously improve programs and processes to hire with speed without sacrificing bar, including internship program design and intern-to-FTE pipelines.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 225,000 - 275,000 annually

•4+ years of recruiting leadership experience focusing on early career hiring across university recruiting, internship programs, and new graduate pipelines.
•Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing early career teams in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
•Genuine AI-first orientation with experience using modern tools to enhance sourcing, assessment, and closing of talent.
•Deep knowledge of early career compensation trends and talent market dynamics to inform program investment and hiring decisions at the executive level.
•Strong ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, with credibility to influence program investments and resourcing.
