Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide front-to-back ownership of product delivery from requirements through production.
  • •Deliver value during production incidents, including for critical overnight batch job issues.
  • •Use subject-matter expertise (e.g., DevOps, security, accessibility, agile, production governance) to guide technical decisions.
  • •Lead microservices and cloud design/implementation, including defining technical vision and strategy for product change.
  • •Develop talent, remove impediments to team productivity, facilitate decision-making, and chair retros across teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Java, Node.js, databases, Linux, and open-source frameworks.
  • •Experience designing and implementing microservices and cloud solutions, including spring cloud, API gateway/authentication, and live-live design.
  • •Strong server-side/cloud development in Java EE and Spring (Batch, Integration, MVC), with Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and MyBatis.
  • •Proficiency with CI/CD tooling and automation, including Jenkins pipelines and build/deploy tools such as Maven/Gradle/NPM and Nexus, with deployment tools like G3/Ansible.
  • •Database expertise including SQL performance tuning/optimization (Oracle/SQL) and familiarity with SQL and non-SQL systems (e.g., H2, MongoDB, Redis, InfluxDB).
