Sales Consultant Trainee

Build customer relationships and help shoppers find the right used vehicle at CarMax. You’ll guide customers through appraisals, test drives, and financing applications while delivering clear, honest, customer-first communication. The role includes paid training and mentorship to succeed in auto sales without prior experience. You’ll also complete accurate transaction documentation, support store goals, and follow CarMax EH&S requirements while maintaining a clean, orderly work area.
