Key Responsibilities

  • •Support financial management of Digital expenses across workforce, contractor, software, cloud, and operational spend.
  • •Monitor spending vs. budget/forecast and perform variance analysis to identify key drivers and insights.
  • •Prepare and book journal entries and support month-end/quarter-end close while ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
  • •Research and resolve financial discrepancies, accounting issues, and transactional exceptions; maintain supporting documentation for audit requirements.
  • •Maintain and validate financial master data (cost centers, projects, programs, funding structures) and identify process improvement/automation opportunities to streamline recurring work.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • •Typically 4–6 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Financial Operations, or a related discipline.
  • •Experience supporting month-end close and preparing journal entries (accruals, reclassifications, allocations, and adjustments).
  • •Experience managing or analyzing operating expenses and workforce costs.
  • •Exposure to technology, software, or digital finance environments is preferred.
